Emergency Contact Number

Hey Ambassadors!

I know that you all are just as excited as we are, and in the midst of your excitement and stressing about packing and hoping you get to the airport on time or praying that your car doesn’t get a flat tire… you might forget some details…

SO… here is a little recap:

IF YOU ARE DRIVING

Drive to:

Adventures in Missions

6000 Wellspring Trail

Gainesville, GA 30506

You need to ARRIVE between 4:00PM and 6:00PM ONLY.

If you have a set back (or get lost) during your drive and will be arriving late, call me at this number: 336-978-6991

IF YOU ARE FLYING

When your flight arrives, grab your pack from baggage claim and then make your way to the ATLANTA CHOPHOUSE in the Atrium before 2PM. An Adventures staff will be there in the early afternoon to greet you and give you further instructions about the shuttle.

You will know you have found us because we will be the excited ones with signs and matching t-shirts!

If your flight gets cancelled or delayed, call 336-978-6991

If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

WHILE YOU ARE ON THE FIELD:

We do have an emergency contact number!

The emergency line is for just that – emergencies. Should a situation arise at home while you are on the field and your family needs to contact you immediately (ex: serious illness or death in the family), they can call this number at any time between July 1st and July 29th. This is not to be used if you simply have not called home when we ask you to and your parents haven’t heard from you or want an update on the team.

If your family does have an emergency and needs to get in contact with you, they can call Don Rock (Ambassador Director) at 844-780-5961.

A second option is 888-265-2404 (the emergency line for our entire Short Term department).

They need to state your name (the participant), that you are with Ambassador, and the country you are in. We will then get in contact with your team leader.

Have a great week… and see you on July 1st!!
