TO DO: Get your passport (if you don't have one already or your current one will expire before Feburary 1st, 2017) and upload the info to your profile.

If you are going to Puerto Rico, you may use any state issued ID, you do not need a passport.  Please upload your state issued ID in the same location that we request passport information.

Final Day to Apply for Passport (Normal Shipping) -  March 23, 2016

After these dates all Passports applied for will need to be expedited!

Deadline for Passport Info Uploaded to profile - May 2, 2016

-When you have your passport in hand check to make sure:

1. Your expiration date is good for 6 months after you get home from the trip (up to February 1st, 2017).

2. You have at least one entire blank page (or 2, just to be safe).

Next, open your passport to the page where your picture and info are and take a picture, or scan that page. Make sure that your name and passport number can be seen very clearly since we will be using this to book your flights.

Then upload that document to your profile under the  "DOCUMENTS" page that is under the "MY MOBILIZATION TAB".

THE SOONER YOU GET THIS DONE THE BETTER, DON'T WAIT FOR THE DEADLINE!
